This policy explains what we collect when you contact GameGarage Hub or book a station, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short because we ask for very little.

What we collect

When you send the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the pass you chose and your preferred date. We do not ask for card numbers, identity documents or any payment details through the site. We do not run our own advertising trackers on the page.

Why we use it

We use these details for one thing: to confirm your booking and hold your seat. That means emailing or calling you back, answering a question, and having a record of who is expected on the floor. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as we reasonably need them to run the venue and handle follow-up questions, then removed. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it. If you booked by mistake, tell us and we will drop the record.
